A 2-year warranty, and free replacement of accessories for non-human damage during the warranty period.
Q Do you provide installation service?

A We provide detailed installation videos and offer remote guidance. On-site service needs to be discussed in advance.
Q What is your delivery time?

A Delivery is typically 20-35 days after receiving the deposit. Special customizations require further consultation.
Q What is your payment method?

A 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before loading. L/C and Western Union are also acceptable.
Q What is the packaging method?

A We offer export seaworthy packaging including foam, cartons, and plywood boxes.
